Dwarf Shadow Boxing

$3.50

Out of stock

The habit and appearance of this saladette are unlike any other I have yet grown. The stripes mingling with the anthocyanin make diverse colors and shapes on the way down to the nippled flower scar which imparts higher seed purity. Unlike other indeterminates, dwarf types often only reach 2 feet in height, making them ideal for container gardening and 2-3 gallon containers. Earlier than most other types, shadow boxing was ripening around the same time as Blue Pitts. This is another anthocyanin variety with combination of sweet and sour and rhubarb undertones, not unlike tomatoes bred for asian cuisine. Bred by Tom Wagner of New World Seeds and Tubers. At least 10 seeds per packet.
